Recipe 1: Toast with egg and creamy avocado:

  • 1 package of Bimbo Whole Grain Toast Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 1 avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Tomato
  • 1 cup of low-fat cheese

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and grate the cheese. In a blender, add the cubed avocado, season with salt, add the sour cream and cilantro, blend for 2 minutes and set aside. Cook the scrambled eggs with salt and pepper,
