Can kids participate in BGR?

Yes! Children are welcome. Our kids' categories are all about having fun and staying safe. Visit your country's sign-up page to learn more

Exactly how many bread slices are donated for my participation?

For every runner who joins our physical race, we donate 20 slices of bread. If there isn't a physical race in your city yet, don’t worry: you can join our virtual community, which adds 2 more slices to our global goal.
